This letter will contain a map, student project numbers and set up schedule for fair day. The elementary school division will be divided into two groups. The exact split will be determined on the number of student participants. Registration tables will be strategically placed near or within each of the arenas. Registrations packets and pre-ordered t-shirts will be made available to the assigned school representative. T-Shirts are available for open sales beginning at 10:30am in the hallway outside of the Bresnan Arena.

7:45-8:45 a.m. REGISTRATION AND SET-UP OF PROJECTS. Students: Arrive at MSU and set up your table. Be sure to make sure you are in the correct arena. A good idea for schools is to meet in the hallway outside of the assigned arena where the adult representative can give out the registration materials and a t-shirt (if pre-ordered). From the school mailing (approximately ten days prior to fair), students should know their project number. Students are encouraged to contact their teacher to obtain their project number and handouts the regional office has sent. Find your chair with your project number and set up your project. MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR TABLE! Be sure to follow the 2013 Rules and Regulations and the safety concerns for your project.
