***For this year only: Physical copies of the Research Paper (three sets) will need to be mailed to our office and postmarked no later than December 31, 2009 OR sent electronically, to mary.van-duynhoven@mnsu.edu by 8:00a.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Format for electronically sent files, should be a PDF file. Research Paper registrations are still due on Friday, December 18, 2009. (Copies of SRC/IRB Certification Forms need to be sent to our office by January 6, 2010. Students should keep originals to be brought on fair day.)

There is $15 registration fee per person/per project or research paper.
An additional $5 will be added to each participant's fee when project registration is submitted after December 18, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Late registrations may or may not be listed in fair booklet. No late registrations will be accepted for the research paper competition.
**ABSOLUTELY NO PROJECT REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FRIDAY, JANUARY 1, 2010! THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER 11:59 P.M. WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2009. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER JANUARY 6, 2010.
