ON-LINE SCHOOL AND STUDENT REGISTRATIONS ARE PREFERRED. Initially, the coordinator for your school needs to sign up the school either online (or by sending our office a hard copy, which is available in PDF format). Once school signup is complete, the coordinator should pass on their chosen username and password to the advisors/educators. (Schools participating in both the Middle School/Senior High School Division and the Elementary School Division will need to sign in their schools twice. See the directions below this listing on the left.) Then the advisor/educator will be able to register student projects and research papers according to deadline. An early sign-in will facilitate better communication and enhance the overall quality of the fair. IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH OUR WEBSITE, PLEASE LET US KNOW. SOMETIMES IT CAN BE THE BROWSER YOU ARE USING. TRY ANOTHER: ie Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla Foxfire or Netscape. Schools should sign up by the following PREFERRED dates:

  • Middle School/Senior High School Division (Grades 6-12) Anytime up until December 15, 2012.
    If necessary, schools may sign up right up until the project registration date of January 7, 2013. (Local schools and/or family will determine which fair to send Sixth Graders to.)
  • Elementary School Division (Grades 3-6) Anytime up until March 1, 2013.
    If necessary, schools may sign up right up until the project registration date of March 11, 2013.

Online school registration is especially noaa judges important if you or your students plan on registering projects and/or research papers online. Only one person from each school should be designated as the coordinator and should register their school. Exceptions to the number of coordinators would be schools which would/could attend both the Elementary School Division (3rd-6th grades) as well as the Middle School/Senior High School Division (6th-12th grades). Homeschool students who wish to participate at the regional level, should register their school as under the school district's name. Homeschooled parents should complete the educator portion with their own home information. There will be no refund of fees after January 15, 2013 for the Middle School/Senior High School Division and March 29, 2013 for the Elementary School Division. There is a registration fee of $20 per person/per event.
