All medical records are confidential and will be transferred to another facility only by the student's request and signed release. We respect students' right to privacy and will not give any information to anyone; including parents, roomates, friends, instructors, or administrators. While this may be frustrating to parents who "just need some information about my daughter/son for insurance reasons," we will not release information without signed consent.
