Interns

campus kitchen intern

Campus Kitchen offers a wide variety of internships that will translate into any major or minor!  If you would like to have an internship with Campus Kitchen, please contact Sammie at samantha.eckerson@mnsu.edu

Currently we have 3 interns:

Erik Tieg - CKP Cargill Intern Program

Erik is currently working on writing a Nutrition Play that will be used as a resource tool to teach area youth about nutrition.  The play is being written and performed by Erik.  If you would like to help participate and display your acting talents, please contact Erik at erik.teig@mnsu.edu

Holly Pahl & Rachel Ryan - Media Advisor Intern

The Media Advisor Intern will be the main liaison between the local and national office and the media outlets in the local area. Additionally, you will be joining an organization that facilitates a hands-on, smart approach to the problems of hunger and poverty right here in your community.  The internship will offer the opportunity to learn first-hand about how a non-profit organization works, while providing valuable business and leadership skills and helping you fill service hours.
Finally, the Media Advisor Intern will concentrate on Campus Kitchen donors – updating the website, keeping donors informed of events, etc as well as helping promote Campus Kitchen Week April 20-27.
