StarID Configuration Wizard - Laptop or Desktop on Campus with Ethernet

Please make sure your device is connecting to the Internet through the network cable (ethernet). Here are instructions for configuring your Apple and Windows computers. You may have to turn off Wifi on your laptop. To do this, follow these instructions: Turn off Wifi

If you are on a Windows machine, follow these configuration instructions:

Log onto the domain computer using your STARID as the username and your Password.

If you are on an Apple machine, follow these configuration instructions:

Log onto the domain computer using your CAMPUS USERNAME as the username and your Password. Mac Users need to have ITS change your domain profile on your computer (laptop or desktop) before you can log onto the domain using your StarID. Please bring your Mac Laptop to the ITS Service Desk or to the Center for Excellence and Innovation during our Drop-in hours
