Rehearsal Schedule, typical week:    Su-Fr, 1-5 & 6:00-10:00; Saturday free

Actor salaries are determined by role size/contract length per the following:


Scoundrels:   Lawrence, Freddy, Christine @$500; Muriel, Inspector Thibault, Jolene @450.


Magnolias:     Shelby, Truvy, M’Lynn @500; Clairee, Annella, Ouiser @450.


Shrek:             Shrek, Finona, Donkey, Lord Farquaad, Pinocchio @$800.


Murders:        Nikki, Elsa, Eddie, Ken @350; Roger, Kelly @300; Helsa, Bernice, O’Reilly,

Marjory @250.


Actors may be contracted to play one or more roles.  Auditions at Region V KCACTF in

January 2017.  Local auditions on Feb. 25, 2018.  Video auditions are also accepted.       

Musical performances are held in the Ted Paul Theatre, a 529 seat, fully equipped proscenium stage; plays are performed in the Andreas Theatre (state-of-the-art black box) in the air-conditioned Earley Center for Performing Arts of Minnesota State University, Mankato.  Over 8,000 patrons are expected to see this, our 52nd season!  Academic credit is available to those interested (not required).  On-campus dorm housing is available for approximately $50/week for a double but we usually find something better!              

Technicians should submit a resume.  Technical positions range from $1,600-$2,400 for the eight week season.  All director positions are filled.
