Playwright Randy Wyatt is a spring 2006 graduate of the department's MFA in Theatre Arts program. This play was honored at the Region V Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival in January 2006 and will be presented at Festival in January 2007.
On the day of his father's funeral, Charlie finds himself moving back into his mother's house to save money for school--at the same time as his devout Aunt Sheralynn decides to move in to "minister" to the family. A play about learning to allow each other to grow, and about the strength we find in unexpected places.
