Minnesota State University, Mankato state vehicle rates:
FY2010
Sedans $42 per day/$26 per half day (utilizing a sedan prior to 1:30PM)
Minivan $68 per day/$41 per half day (utilizing a minivan prior to 1:30PM)
Large Van $90 per day/$54 per half day (an increment of 4 hours)
Fuel and insurance is incorporated within the day rate.
All out of state travel must be pre-approved through the President's Office. A copy of the approval must be submitted to Facilities Services prior to the trip, state vehicle keys will not be disbursed without the approval. A $100 out of state travel charge for each vehicle that goes over the State's border.
