Women's Leadership Conference

Want to develop your leadership skills? Want to learn more about yourself as a leader? Want to understand the strengths of women as leaders? Then come join us for a day of learning and growing!
Learning Outcomes
1. Students will have increased self-awareness about their identity its impact on their leadership style.
2. Students will develop and practice effective networking skills.
3. Students will explore and critically assess different leadership methods and techniques that can be applied in a variety of situations.
4. Identify systems that affect women’s ability to lead.
5. Students will identify historical figures/influences and milestones that have shaped culture and women’s experience in it.
