MSU has many women students returning after a break in their formal education. The Women's Center is proud to announce the new Returning Women's Discussion Group which is designed for those women who may share similar concerns. We would like for those students to have a rewarding experience as they return to school. The Returning Women's Discussion Group provides women with an opportunity to connect with one another while also offering information about the services MSU offers.

Returning Women's Mentoring Program

MSU’s Women’s Center is excited to be starting a new mentoring program for returning women. We are currently recruiting mentors. Mentors are women who returned to school at least a year ago. After participating in mentor training, they will meet with their mentee for one hour each week. Mentors will commit to working with a woman one on one for the minimum of one semester.
Feel free to contact the Returning Women’s Mentoring Program Coordinator, Violet Woods, to discuss any of your concerns as a returning student. violet.woods@mnsu.edu or 389-2486.
