Women Who Rock

Dr. Kristen Treinen

This week, we'd like to recognize Dr. Kristen Treinen as a Woman Who Rocks. This is what her nominee said about her:
"She is the Teaching Assistant coordinator and lectures to over 300 freshman twice a week in the department of Speech Communication. Dr. Treinen is not only understanding, but she is a woman that practices what she preaches. She teaches students (graduate and undergraduate) to be civically engaged in their community, while being an effective teacher. I respect Dr. Treinen's attitude and determination in creating a cohesive and supportive learning environment, and think that she totally rocks!"

Do you know a woman who rocks? If you know of someone you'd like to recognize, email heather.gay@mnsu.edu and we'll recognize them in the weekly Women's Center newsletter and online on the Women's Center website.
