Women Who Rock

Jenny Amel

Jenny Amel is a woman who rocks!

Jodi Helminen

Jodi Helminen is a fantastic athlete, and we'd like to recognize her as a Woman Who Rocks. Jodi recently registered a goal and assist for the Maverick women's hockey team. The Mavericks suffered a 4-1 loss to North Dakota, before rebounding to earn a 2-2 tie on Sunday. MSU will return to the home ice this weekend when it hosts Wisconsin, beginning at 7:05 Friday evening. Saturday, the Mavericks and Badgers will face off at 3:05, all games are played at All Seasons Arena.

Do you know a woman who rocks? If you know of someone you'd like to recognize, email heather.gay@mnsu.edu and we'll recognize them in the weekly Women's Center newsletter and online on the Women's Center website.
