Candlelight Vigil

A ceremony to promote awareness of domestic abuse

On behalf of the Chicano-Latin American Student Association (C.L.A.S.A.):

Latino Night: Mundo Latino

April 8th, 2005 in the Centennial Student Union Ballroom.

The purpose of Latino Night is to provide people the opportunity to experience the Latino diaspora through music, food, art, and dance. It is a multigenerational event held in conjunction to the Latino Conference.
You will get to enjoy the sounds and take part in an authentic Latino dinner. In addition, you will have a chance to learn & dance to the Latin beats stemming back from Afro-Caribbean, Latin America, and Mexico.
Cost: $12 non-students and $10 students
Dinner, Entertainment, and Social Dance
Non-smoking & non-alcoholic beverage event
Live Band: Miami Latin Fire (Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia)
Dj: Crystal Sounds (Salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, reggaeton, ranchera, punta, etc...)
Performances: Fuego Latino dancers, Danza Mexica Cuauhtemoc, & student performances
