The Pridefest planning committee is pleased to announce that our annual LGBTQQA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and ally) Pridefest is this weekend, September 16-18. Pridefest, now in its fourth year, is shaping up to be the best ever. This year's slogan is "Making south central Minnesota a little more colorful". The date has been moved to allow for greater participation from the college community. We've improved the entertainment and events, while keeping the down-home charm of this unconventional pride celebration.
Please feel free to visit the South Central Minnesota Pridefest web site for more information.

I am a commuting student that takes night classes at MSU. I have recently found out that I will be working in Mankato from Oct. 16–Nov 4. I am looking for a place to stay for a minimal price. I work full time and have class on Tue and Wed nights, I can't afford to drive an hour+ each way every day. It is for a short period only and all I require is sleeping accommodations and a shower. I would really appreciate whatever help you could offer. Thank you much . Please email me at lanna681@yahoo.com if you can direct me to some housing options.
