Visit the new and updated website, Coming of Age in the Twentieth Century at www.mnsu.edu/mngirls. The website features 15 new interviews conducted by students in Professor Susan Freeman's Women's Studies 251 classes during fall 2005, in addition to the original 11 interviews that were completed in fall 2004.
Among the new faces are an MSU Mankato sociology professor, the LGBT program coordinator, and a former Women's Center staff member. A number of young women have been added to the website, and we expanded our focus beyond Minnesota this year. If you would like to be involved in the project in the future--as a student, an interview subject, or a technology assistant, email freeman@mnsu.edu or fill out the "contact us" form on the website.
