Green Delicious Smoothie
- Two handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 cup of chunk pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of yogurt (could be Greek yogurt or soy yogurt for vegans)
- 1 cup of filtered water.
Blend well and enjoy!
If you eat this for one meal a day you will see the pounds come off without a fuss :)
