Black Bean Omelettes
- 1/4 cup cooked ground turkey (any spice to taste)
- 2 tbsp Black Beans
- 2 tbsp low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- Top with Salsa
Instructions
- Cook turkey until brown.
- Add eggs, beans and cheese. Mix and eggs have cooked through.
- Top with Salsa
