Black Bean Omelettes

  • 1/4 cup cooked ground turkey (any spice to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Black Beans
  • 2 tbsp low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • Top with Salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey until brown.
  2. Add eggs, beans and cheese. Mix and eggs have cooked through.
  3. Top with Salsa
