Easy Veggie Salsa
- 2 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1/2 diced red onion
Dressing
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar*
- 1/3 cup consorzio mango fat-free dressing to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, except dressing
- In a separate bowl, mix dressing. Pour over te salsa and toss to
coat
*Try a sugar substitute in place of white sugar.
