Fruit Salsa
- One mango, diced
- One medium red onion, diced
- Seven strawberries, finely chopped
- One peach, diced
- One to two jalapeno or Serrano peppers, seeded and diced
- Fresh cilantro to taste
- Fresh juice from half of a lime
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
