100% Whole Wheat Bread, 2 lbs
- 1 1/2 cup water (I sometimes add an extra Tbsp or so)
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce or pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Vital Gluten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Oat or Wheat Bran
- 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp yeast
You can swap out the applesauce/pumpkin puree for oil. You can omit the Oat Bran and up the flour to 4 cups.
