100% Whole Wheat Bread, 2 lbs

  • 1 1/2 cup water (I sometimes add an extra Tbsp or so)
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce or pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Vital Gluten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Oat or Wheat Bran
  • 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp yeast

You can swap out the applesauce/pumpkin puree for oil.  You can omit the Oat Bran and up the flour to 4 cups.
