- 1 medium onion
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 pound lean ground beef (or turkey)
- Sauté onion and meat. While sautéing, add 1 Tbsp salt, 1 Tbsp pepper.
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray. Alternate layers of cabbage & meat. Pour soup over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
