Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 pound lean ground beef (or turkey)
  • Sauté onion and meat. While sautéing, add 1 Tbsp salt, 1 Tbsp pepper.
  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup


  1. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray. Alternate layers of cabbage & meat. Pour soup over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
