- 1 to 3 lbs spiral macaroni*
- 1 cucumber 1 green pepper
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 2 cups miracle whip*
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk*
- 1 cup sugar*
- 1 cup vinegar
- Boil macaroni. Chop vegetables. Mix and serve.
- *Use whole-wheat pasta. Replace sweetened condensed milk with a reduced-fat sweetened condensed milk.
