Self Defense Series with Patricia Hale

- Retired faculty member Patricia Hale will share her expertise and demonstrate effective self-defense techniques. Pat keeps it fun, but you will learn a lot. No special clothing requirements, come as you are.

- Patricia Hale will offer a class for those who have taken her beginner class and want to build on their self-defense technique. The class format is similar to the beginner class and participants need to have taken a beginner class. No special clothing requirements, come as you are
