POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
The rhythm of drumming permeates the entire brain, improving focus, higher level thinking and decision-making skills. Plus, it’s been proven to boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, decrease chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, and even make you smarter!
POUND combines easy to follow (and not complex or embarrassing) cardio moves with strength training and drumming. This combo works the entire body, raises the heart rate to a fat-burning zone, and forces each move to be as precise as a basic beat.
