Summer 2012 Yoga
Mondays & Wednesdays** at Noon for 50 minutes of reinvigorating yoga starting May 14th throughout the summer in HN 225. Focus will be on building strength, balance and an awareness of how this ancient practice can enhance your life. $3 a class or a $25 punch card is available for 10 sessions.
**There will be no Yoga sessions on May 28th and July 4th.
Spring 2012 Yoga
- Mondays & Wednesdays at 12 Noon for 50 minutes of reinvigorating yoga.
- Starts January 9th throughout Spring Semester in PH 102.
- Focus will be on building strength, balance and an awareness of how this ancient practice can enhance your life.
- $3 a class or a $25 punch card is available for 10 sessions.
- Lisa is a registered yoga instructor for four years and also teaches at the YMCA.
