Minnesota State Mankato is located in south central Minnesota 85 miles southwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN on a bluff overlooking the scenic Minnesota River valley. Minnesota State Mankato is a comprehensive university and community dedicated to excellence in academics and personal growth. We academically challenge students with over 125 undergraduate programs of study that develop new perspectives, skills, and opportunities. In addition, the University offers nearly 100 graduate programs, which includes three at the doctoral level. The strong academic programs and excellent faculty attract over 14,600 students from 42 states in the United States and 72 countries. Our faculty and advisors are accomplished, supportive, and always challenging students to higher levels of thought and action.
