Welcome… I’m your LCC, Miles Flack! 

I am so excited to meet you in the fall.  I will be a resource for you as you navigate through your first year of college here at Minnesota State University, Mankato!  Being involved with the Aviation Learning Community will help you academically as well as socially, so utilize me and your peers as much as you can!

How/what made you decide this major? A family friend took me up in their Piper Archer which gave me the “Flying Bug”.

Favorite Food: Dining Center Carnival Cookies

Advice for LC Students: Attend study sessions and show up for class.

Smartest thing you ever did/best decision you ever made: Joined Civil Air Patrol to start flying airplanes.

Favorite thing about MSU: The Dining Center and Bull Pen.

Campus/LC Involvement: Involved in flight team and intramural basketball.

Favorite thing to do in Mankato: Fly airplanes or workout at the Otto Recreation Center.

Favorite things to do outside of school/coursework: Water sports like skiing and surfing.

Anything else we should know about you? I am a big fan of the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin which I attend annually.
