CURRENT TOTALS FOR 2017-18 as of March 1, 2018:

Graph illustrates that the Campus Kitchen at MSU, Mankato has accomplished 614 hours of service, rescued a little over 5 tons of food, served 1590 meals to 279 clients at 7 agencies from July 1, 2017 - to date.  

Campus Kitchen MIssion Statement: The mission of the Campus Kitchens Project is to use service as a tool to: 1) Strengthen Bodies by using existing resources to meet hunger and nutritional needs in our communities; 2) Empower Minds by providing leadership and service learning opportunities to college students, and educational benefits to adults, seniors, children, and families in need; and 3) Build Communities by fostering a new generation of community-minded adults through resourceful and mutually beneficial partnerships among students, social service agencies, businesses and universities.
