'02 B.S. general and human resource management
Omni Kiecker graduated from Minnesota State University with a double major in General and Human Resource Management in 2002. Upon graduation, she continued her education at Hamline University School of Law. She earned her law degree and is now a committee member of the outstate practice section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Currently, Omni is the proud Managing Attorney at Kiecker Law. Her thriving Estate Planning practice is built on helping people to protect their families. This includes the fields of elder law, agricultural law and business law. She also works with probate, real estate, and veterans affairs. Although Omni practices in many areas, her specialty lies in assisting the disabled and their families by leveraging the protection provided by Supplemental and Special Needs Trusts.
In addition to practicing the law, Omni also enjoys educating others about the law. In her speaking engagements, which includes Continuing Legal Education for other lawyers, Community Education, speeches to companies and private seminars at her office, Omni makes the law relatable and easier to understand.
During her time at the University, Omni was involved in the Student Senate. She was also an active member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. She met her Jeff who is a fellow College of Business graduate. Together they have three young children and currently reside in Belle Plaine, MN. She is a member of the Belle Plaine Planning and Zoning Commission and serves as the Vice President of the Trinity Lutheran School PTO.
