An MSU transcript is a chronological listing of all coursework taken by a student at MSU. Also included on a transcript are:
- Transfer credit amounts
- Cumulative credit amounts and grade-point averages
An Unofficial transcript is labeled as unofficial (generally used on campus by students and advisors)
Get your Unofficial Transcript "Academic Record" Online (Login; Select Grades and Transcripts option on the left side of the screen; Choose Academic Record; Select Get Academic Record button. The document appears on the screen and can be printed using the button at the end of the listing). Note: if you are/were a Minnesota State University, Mankato employee your login will default to the “Faculty e-Services” page; you will need to click on “Switch to Student e-Services” at the top right corner of the screen for the Grades and Transcripts menu option.
Students may order unofficial transcripts at the Campus Hub, located on the first floor of the Centennial Student Union, 117.

Unofficial transcripts will be faxed to destinations within the USA at no charge. There is a fee of five dollars per transcript, charged for overseas destinations. You must provide the same information as you would for an official transcript request, along with your signature and the fax number of the destination.

Transcripts can only be received by the person requesting the information by mail, fax, or picked up. Data needs to be complete or the transcript will not be processed. Be ready to show ID when picking up the transcript.
