Tread and Shred is a 4-week small group training program designed to increase cardiovascular fitness through treadmill interval training and improve strength with super circuits. This small group meets twice weekly for eight total sessions. Tread and Shred workouts will help eliminate boredom, improve performance, and challenge you to work hard!
Cost and What is Included:
- Cost: $40 per person
- Includes: 4 Weeks of Training (8 sessions)
Dates, Time, and Location:
- Spring 2018 Dates: February 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, and March 1
- Time: 6:15am-7am
- Location: Otto Recreation Center
- Register by Friday, February 2nd at noon
- Register and pay online
- Registration is limited to ten participants!
Your trainer for Tread and Shred in February at 6:15am will be Alex!
Non-students must have an Otto Recreation Center Membership to participate in this program.
