The information included in your article was interesting and informative. Thanks for the resources provided with additional information! I am currently a student working with clients with Down's and most of the goals are language goals. I've noticed one client stutters, but fluency is not included in the client's current goals. Since language goals are the primary goals for successful communication for the client, is it typical to forego the minimal bouts of stuttering (with secondaries), or is it better to address the issue?
