I really enjoyed reading and learning about stuttering in DS clients. I work with a few consumers who all have some form of MR and one gentlemen has DS. They are such great people to work for, so this article really interested me.I got to wondering as I was reading the section about how at the age of 7-8-9 children with DS are just producing 2-3 word combinations. How does this effect the evaluation process of stuttering if the children are only combing a few words at a time? Thank you
