Hello, Working on REDUCING SHAME OF STUTTERING is most important for ALL people who stutter. It is most important in the therapy process. Over all, I would guess that Downs Children are less sensitive about "bumps in their speech" unless they are from demanding families who want better speech and push for that. Then SHAME can be very strong. Thank you. Judith
