Hello, Working with the Downs Children is fine. Coping with the parents of Downs Children can be difficult. They can be very aggressive, band together for their rights, and have unrealistic goals for their children. Working with some of these parents in SHAME BUSTING is difficult and they want their child fixed and fluent ! Thank you. Judith
