Hello, What I intended to say is that fluency shaping/modification should not be the focus of therapy. I think it is cognitively too difficult. I would rather focus on slowing rate and SHAME BUSTING. Easy onsets could be tried but I would keep the sliding limited to the first two words of an utterance. Thank you. Judith
