My experience is mostly with preschool bilinguals and we use one approach for both languages. That is however, the simple answer since you may have to modify your strategies slightly to suit the language, for example in English the stress is uneven whereas in French the stress is always on the final syllable of a word...this suggests that some fluency skills like speech prolongation may have to be modified to the 'rhythm' of the speech. I do not know if the same is true of Spanish.
