Hi Julie, Regarding your Tamil Speaking child; if you are doing a treatment that involves the parents at home do the parents do their part in Tamil; if they do then you can watch them in the clinic and see if the stuttering decreases when they respond to it with verbal feedback or other fluency facilitators. I am guessing that at least one parent speaks English and therefore you should be able to have them participate in the treatment in Tamil and you can function as their consultant; just another suggestion.
