Hello Mrs. Shenker and Mr. Humphrey, I am a graduate student, and I am taking a course on Fluency disorders, and i have couple of questions a) if a child is more fluent in one language, than shouldn't the intervention focus on that language? b) if a child is predisposed to stuttering( family history) is it more likely that being bilingual he has more chances to stutter c) do you believe that stuttering can be due to high demands placed on young child which can overload his abilities? last question is for Mrs. Shenker d) now, after the study, how do you answer those parents who ask you " if my bilingual child is stuttering should I eliminate a secong language?"...Thanks
