Re0reading your post, you asked whether being dysfluent or stuttering as a bilingual adult is common. Beginning to stutter and being dysfluent are different issues. Some of us can have a fair number of normal nonfluencies. I am not sure if nonstuttering bilingual adults may have more disfluencies than monolilngual adults, as a rule. That may vary according to the circumstances and ages o flanguage learning. Is the dysfluency you notice a matter of concern?
