I cannot comment on individual treatment plans. I would suppose that if the clinician treating the child had a good rationale for treating in both languages that would be enough. When we train 2 parents to provide feedback in the Lidcombe Program if the parents each speak a different language to the child they provide feedback in that language and I suppose that this is one rationale for providing treatment in 2 languages.
