Sorry but I only have experience for the past 10 years with the Lidcombe Program with preschool age children. Because generaization from in clinic to out of clinic is critical in treating stuttering I can't think of a better way to do this with young children than through the children. The parents are only providing feedback at home initially in 10-15 structured speaking conversations and then frequently throughout the day in the activities that they would ordinarily be with their children. I fail to see how a parent would not have time for this.
