This was a very interesting article and I appreciate the hard work that is being done to help identify cluttering more effectively. Towards the end, it was mentioned "Is it acceptable to develop a measure of cluttering severity while the specialization hasn't completely settled on a specifically defined diagnostic classification?" My question is, although cluttering is not "specifically defined diagnostic classification" yet, aren't there basic components that everyone agrees on? What aspect(s) of cluttering is (are) difficult to agree on?
