Hello Dr. Daly! I'd like to first thank you for the thorough description of "Treating Cluttering: The Power of the Pause". I believe that PWC, usually dislike to be told that they need to slow down the rate of their speech. If a client becomes frustrated throughout this process, how should one explain to them the benefits of this method?
