Hi Kelly, I propose that there are many more than we know with cluttering who even before they are aware they clutter, are aware that others are having difficulty understanding them. I think they often know something is amiss with how their listener is understanding them, but they don't have a name to put to it (and neither does their listener, so no one talks about it). What first opened my eyes to this was when Joseph Dewey told his story about cluttering, and said that throughout his life, people made vague comments about improving his communication. No one was specific, because I think no one knew how to be.
