Frances, I really don't know the answer to your question with any certainty, but I would speculate that clutterers may have perfectionism, but at the normal population's rate. In fact, although it is a "hot area," no one yet has clearly demonstrated more than a correlation between perfectionism and stuttering. In my opinion, we must be cautious inferring a cause-effect relationship. On the other hand. clutterers often do appear to manifest ADHD...or more accurately...those with ADHD are somewhat likely to manifest cluttering. Ken
