Hi Ronnie, I really like your comment. We read from the literature that stutterers are aware of their problem; clutterers are not. I've grown to very suspicious of these old platitudes, and you have provided testimony from a non-stuttering clutterer that you have always been aware of your fluency problems. To me, this is powerful evidence that we must not make assumptions about awareness of the disorder in a diagnosis. Perhaps clutterers as a group are less likely to be acutely aware of their problems than stutterers as a group, but not always! That is important information. Let me second Emily's congratulations! I'm sure I'll be hearing more from you as time goes on. Thanks for sharing. Ken
