Hi Elizabeth, Good questions. Hopefully Kathy, Yvonne, or David will weigh in here. I would simply say that I would recommend that you begin by viewing The Stuttering Foundation's DVD called "Cluttering." In it, Florence Myers and I tried to summarize the problem clinically, including some strategies for therapy. If you stay here at WVU, you'll get a chance to see it in my graduate class. <smile> Thanks again. Ken
