Dear ER, Oh my! I tried to simplify the definition in order that people who did not clutter all the time could be included (especially because so many of them normalize in front of a microphone or camera). But how much cluttering is sufficient. Maybe "several isolated incidents" could be ambiguous, but the definition notes state that the examples must be clear (i.e., unambiguous). It's similar to stuttering. One or two clear instances are sufficient to diagnose stuttering. That's about the best I can do. Best, Ken
